Continuous Tense
Present continuous tense is used to show an action that is
continuing or going on. It is made of a helping verb which is in the present
tense like ‘am / is / are’ and the main verb is in the ‘-ing’ form to make it
continuous.
For example:
1. I am eating a burger for lunch.
2. The barber is cutting his hair.
